Your AI personal organizer

Tell it anything.
It knows where it goes.

Voice notes in Arabic, English and French — often in one sentence. Receipts, handwriting, forwarded messages. MindChart reads it and files it into your calendar, to-dos, expenses and lists, with the date and amount already filled in.

Sound familiar?

Your week is already written down. Just not in one place.

WhatsApp, to yourself

“dentist thurs 4pm”

Notes app

Three untitled lists, two of them the same list

Camera roll

Forty receipts you will never open again

Your head

The bill that is due on the 15th

One place. Everything lands where it belongs.

Capture anything

However it reaches you, just hand it over.

One box on the web, one button on the phone. No forms, and no choosing a list first.

Talk the way you talk

Hold the mic and say it. Every word is written in the language you said it in, so a sentence that starts in Arabic and ends in English stays exactly that.

Snap receipts, cards and handwriting

Printed or handwritten, English or Arabic calligraphy. When a word is too hard to read, it marks it and asks you instead of guessing.

Paste or forward a message

A WhatsApp message, an email, a whole recipe. A recipe becomes one grocery line per ingredient.

Share from any app

Send a screenshot, link or PDF from your phone’s share sheet straight into the right section.

Or just type it

Every section has a quick add that never touches the AI and never counts against your plan.

It files itself

Sure? It files it. Not sure? It asks.

MindChart only files on its own when it is confident about every item. Otherwise it hands you its best guess, fields already filled in, and you confirm in one tap. It learns from the corrections you make.

  • Dates, times, places and amounts pulled out for you
  • Arabizi understood — “bukra”, “ba3d bukra”
  • Learns from your last corrections
  • Calendar
  • To-do
  • Expenses
  • Grocery
  • Notes

Five sections ready on day one, tabs inside each, and 60 templates for the rest — workouts, subscriptions, trips, pets, books.

Upcoming

Everything with a date in the next two weeks, in one list. Overdue first, one tap to move it to tomorrow.

Your assistant

It doesn’t just file. It helps you run the day.

The same AI that files your things knows your calendar, your lists and your spending — so you can ask it, and it can plan with you.

Together

Share one list, not your whole life.

Give your partner the grocery list, or your flatmates the house expenses. They see that section and nothing else.

  • Roles for each sectionOwner, editor or viewer. Small avatars show who added what and who ticked it off.
  • A chat in every shared sectionTalk next to the list, and write @MindChart to have it add things for everyone.
  • Split the billsMark who paid and who shares. It shows who owes whom, and the fewest payments to settle up.

Everywhere

On your desk, in your pocket, off the grid.

Fluent in the way you actually talk.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What does it cost?

The free plan never expires: everything you add yourself, every section, reminders, offline and sync, plus a monthly allowance of AI captures, photo reads, voice notes and assistant messages. Premium removes those limits and adds Plan my day and memory. Adding things yourself never counts against anything.

What if it files something in the wrong place?

It only files on its own when it is confident about every item. When it is not, the capture waits for you with its best guess filled in, and you fix it in one tap. Your last corrections are shown to it the next time, so it gets your habits right.

Does it really understand Arabic?

Spoken Lebanese Arabic, typed Arabic and Arabizi — “bukra”, “ba3d bukra” are read as dates. Voice notes keep each word in the language you said it in. The whole interface is available in Arabic, right-to-left, with أيلول rather than سبتمبر.

What does the AI see?

Only what you capture or ask, and only to read it and file it or answer you. It is never sold and never used for advertising. The privacy policy names every provider and what each one receives.

Who can see my things?

You, and the people you give a specific section to. Sharing is per section — sharing the grocery list shows the grocery list and nothing else.

Can I get my data out?

Any time, without asking us. Every section exports to CSV and the whole account to one JSON file. Delete your account and it is gone, files included.

Does it work without internet?

On the phone, yes. Add, tick and edit offline; voice notes and photos wait on the phone and are filed as soon as you are back online.

Stop organising. Just tell it.

Free to start. The first thing you tell it will already be in the right place.
